    'Tis the Season to Give

    … How about a Doc-Dump Tomorrow?

While the defense team handed the prosecution more than 300 pages of information, including the RESPONSE TO STATE’S MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION OF EXPERT WITNESSES, news circulated today that the prosecution is planning on reciprocating. In the defense team’s response, they met Chief Judge Belvin Perry’s deadline to turn over the comprehensive list of their experts, which includes a lot more detail than the first list, whether they intend to testify at trial or not. That hinges on who the state intends to call.

In the spirit of the holiday season, you know, ‘tis the season and all, the prosecution is planning on releasing documents to the public tomorrow, including more jail letters and videotaped interviews with law enforcement personnel. I will do my best to keep you informed.

Here’s a timely quote from Martin Luther King, Jr., especially on some of the blogs and certainly as we enter the holiday season:

Have we not come to such an impasse in the modern world that we must love our enemies - or else? The chain reaction of evil - hate begetting hate, wars producing more wars - must be broken, or else we shall be plunged into the dark abyss of annihilation.”

Dave, thanks for giving us a heads up on the document dump tomorrow. I look forward to your blog having the links we need so we don't have to go to other web sites to find them. I look forward to more letters and the videotaped interviews of law enforcement.

It's a pleasure, Mary Jo. I will be working diligently tomorrow morning to attach the links. If it's mostly letters to Casey, it won't be all that interesting. The LE interviews, on the other hand, should be really interesting.

Does the defense have to give copies of their depos to the SAO or how does the public get to see the depos the defense does?

Dave~~I do not expect any bombshells but am still looking for interviews that LE had with certain ones. I will sound like a broken record if I name them. I expect more letters from Cindy and a few of Casey's admirers. Interviews with LE should prove interesting. I may not get to read the docs until late tomorrow evening. Thanks, Dave, for putting this alert up.

Is this a time when something may come from an interview with Mallory? Seems she would have buckets of truth about a lot of the Anthony familys circumstances. I do not recall reading much so far.

The public doesn't get to see the defense's depositions, Mary Jo. Remember, this is the "Open Government in the Sunshine" law. The defense team doesn't work for the government.

I'm not expecting anything major, either, Snoopy, but at least it will be something.

I don't know, New Puppy. I don't know what will be released tomorrow, but I sure hope it's something good.

    Docs coming out
Since I don't know how to put the link in here is a video from Wesh which includes Casey:

Just go to WESH or maybe Dave can include it here.
