A hardboiled eggzamination of Casey on today's radio show

Happy Easter, everyone. Yes, there will be a radio show today and I hope you can join Simon, Jan, and their panel of guests. I know it’s a holiday, but the show must go on!

I love the title of this post. You have a great way with words! I will be there listening.

Am I the only one who thinks Cobra and his theories are ridiculous? Please! Leonard Padilla and his daisy chain pales in comparison! I would enjoy the show if not for him, but I honestly don't think I can listen to his nonsense conspiracy theories anymore. I just pray to God no one who thinks like him is on the jury.

Sorry, but I had to vent!

That first caller they had that stayed on the rest of the program was driving me completely bonkers. I hope they don't do that again.

Dave, you did a good job and your voice sounded good.

I really enjoyed the show except for Cobra, he really is far out there. The "guest caller" or whatever she was, was spot on with her remarks but she was on way too long. She took away from the things the panel wanted to talk about. I was suprised that Simon let here stay on until the end of the show. Dave, really enjoyed your comments, it is going to get really good as soon as the trial starts.

I thought today's show was really good. I haven't been able to figure Cobra out lately. It seems he is off on another planet and not paying attention to what is being discussed. The lady caller was well versed on the facts of the case. I think Simon let her stay on longer as two panelist were awol.

Sorry I missed today's show. Daughter duty prevailed. I'll go listen to the recording.

Happy Easter Dave enjoyed your comments on the Simon Barrett Show today. The music was enjoyable, although I am not a fan of country music. Mike Boslet sent an email thanking me for writing to Orlando magazine. It is truly fantastic to know that you will be reporting from the trial for them. It is sad to know that some of these pathetic good-for-nothing invidious trolls are trying once again to harm you. We your blogging family will always stand by you.

Dave, the show was good today, the lady seems to be quite in the know on the Casey subject, although she talked over others too much. I was turned off at Cobra's use of too much man group language on air. Surprised to hear so much. You were good, kinda low key, I know you have had a sore throat and hope it is getting better. I see the coo coo flew over the nest and got her feathers nipped. You have a very nice George Harrison up too.

Not to be unkind, but I think Cobra is a nothing more than a conspiracy theorist. Generally, they don’t cause me any alarm in my day to day life. Sometimes I even find their wild and crazy ways of spinning "facts" to fit their worldview...interesting. Unfortunately, when it comes to matters of influencing public opinion, they tend to annoy more than amuse. For the record, and as my fellow bloggers probably already know, phone records show that not only did Casey and Cindy not talk every day, they never talked at length -- much less for hours. Having had murdered her grandchild, Casey tried to avoid two-way communication with her mother like a polygraph machine. I think the only time Casey legitimately tried to reach her mother was on June 24th after her father enraged her by trying to retrieve the gas cans from the stinky trunk.

With respect to Lee and his “involvement” in this murder and “coverup,” there is no solid evidence that indicates any. I think the main reason why he has dropped off the face of the earth is that, unlike his mother, he is not a narcissist. But, mostly, he wants a shot at a normal life after his sister is tried and convicted. The accusations of molestation probably didn’t help to endear him to her as well. It’s one thing to lie to try to save your own sorry neck, it’s entirely another to accuse your seemingly loyal brother of being a pedophile.

    Less Cobra, more Marinade, please.

Thoughtful comment Mr. Shackleford. Am curious- What's your blog, I'll check it out now. Think you nailed the phone situation re: Casey & Cindy right on the head.

On Cobra- you know, he's got a very interesting biography. It explains a lot. But, yup, he's making Lenny look shy and retiring...
