I read the title and thought HA! What else is new? LOL! You have a way of bringing out the obvious. True. Just to pass someone on the road who is doing the speed limit means driving above it.
It really does show what a liar he is, Xena, because there isn't a driver alive that has never speeded. You're right, just passing would cause it. I guess he's never passed a car before.
Yeah, this is damning. Do you think O'Mara will rush to have it sealed so it does not taint the jury pool? This is critical!!
How about discussing how Tracy Martin heard the tape of someone screaming and said thats not Trayvon screaming? Two witness' are going to testify to that, and they are in law enforcement. How about the lies about the only witness all of you believe even though she never told anyone about his last minutes, even though according to her he was scared and stalked, that shes 16 when shes probably 18 and all the lawyers surrounding the family ran with it. But the huge smoking gun has totally been found and Zimmerman should be hung at the gallows for this whopping lie because all of you assume everyone speeds.

As per Zimmerman; I believe he's a liar that will stop at nothing, including running his own mug into a pole, concrete slab or, slamming the butt of his own gun, (your choice) to his nose. (Was Trayvon Martin even left-handed? The broken nose appears to be on the right side, giving me reason to believe GZ broke his nose on his own.) Even the wounds on the back of his head look like they were of his own doing by the angle(s) of said wounds. IMO, he's one demented pup.
As I've said in past posts, due to my illness, I'm not up to par with this case. So, I post very little. . .not wanting to make myself look like a ding-a-ling. When I'm having better days, I appreciate the opportunity you afford here to read, study and catch up. Thank you!
On a personal note; I'd appreciate any and all prayers. I'm needing a liver transplant as my liver is no longer funtioning and, has turned to cirrhosis. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a blood transfusion/infusion between 1946 and 1964 to get checked for HEP-C. It's a silent creeper that you can carry for many, many years without detection. It's a horrible disease that has taken all my freedom, energy and, even my memory. This is a "good day" for me, mentally. As for physically, I'm pretty much bed-ridden and unable to stand long enough to cook my own meals and/or shower, dress and undress without my daughter's help. My precious SIL takes me to my doctors' appointments, as my daughter is unable to lift me into the Tundra.
Please pray that I'll qualify for that transplant and that I'll gain another few years to my life. Better still, please pray that God has a miracle of healing in store for me. Thanks, in advance.
Again; I can't stress enough to those who fit the 1946-1964 mode to GET A BLOOD TEST. It only requires a blood panel. Lives are precious to me, even the lives of those I don't know. God bless!

First of all, I agree with you completely about the liar, Zimmerman. He would do anything to make himself look good, including shooting a bullet into an person for stepping on his toes. I never trusted him from day 1. You just don't get out of your car on a cold and rainy night with a loaded gun unless you are on a mission from God, and that's exactly what he thought he was on. He told Hannity he would do the same thing again and that it was part of God's plan. Yes, he would do anything, and he has been doing just that. Enough of that at the moment...
What's this about you? Oh my. You are at the top of my list in prayer! I know people who went through HEP-C and Interferon treatment. I also know a woman who was allergic to Interferon. I am going to send you an e-mail so we can communicate, if that's OK with you. I want to stay on top of this and do whatever I can to help. I mean anything! So T. Smith told Singleton that the case ”might be self-defense”--before she even began her interview with Zimmerman.
Also, I guess from this, we can draw the conclusion that Zimmerman wrote his statement after she completed the two part interview.
And then there is mention of another map—I’m wondering if this would be a third map? In Part 1 of Zimmerman’s first interview, he offers to draw Singleton a map. She takes him up on his offer. We have not seen this hand drawn map yet.
Then in Part 2, Singleton gives Zimmerman a ‘Google’ map which has been released in discovery. (Zimmerman clearly circled the ‘T’ intersection as where he fell when he was allegedly punched in the nose and fell--backwards or forwards or staggered.)
But in this interview with the FDLE, they write that Singleton gave him a map when the interview was concluded, (and asked him to be sure to be ‘clear’ in his written statement.)
The only other thing I can think of is that Singleton gave George the Google map and asked him to write his statement in between the two parts of her interview.
[That's something to think about. There's a lot of confusion surrounding his maps. Actually, there's confusion everywhere because of his lies.]

Dave I read those questions a while ago and laughed when I read he had never drove above the posted speed limit. I drove above the posted speed limit during my drive test with the BMV. The mean lady told me to be more cautious of my speed. I also noticed today that Mr O'Mara released the color photo of Mr Zimmerman's bloody nose. Do you think Mr O'Mara plans on releasing the color photo of Trayvon's gun shot wound?
[Good question, Michelle... very good! As far as the defense is concerned, Trayvon brought that gun shot on himself. And George Zimmerman has never gone above the speed limit in his life.]
This is a good article. However, as far as this photo being evidence that Trayvon fought back--it may not be.
Firstly, this picture may not be admitted at trial because it was not collected as evidence until a few days later when the SPD 'realized' that they had no pictures of Zimmerman prior to their letting him wash himself in their washrooms.
I think a judge will have to make the determination as to whether both the 'bloody' pictures become 'evidence' that a jury may see at trial. Of course, if O'Mara gets them out now, well . . .
Secondly, and this has been discussed before--many times--but if Trayvon was doing anything but trying to run away from the madman chasing after him, where is the DNA to prove it?
I don't see either photo being evidence of anything other than that Zimmerman managed to sustain minor injuries in some manner that evening. He could have slipped and fallen; he could have run into a tree; he could have run into a sign. These examples make as much sense as Trayvon hitting him but having no DNA of Zimmerman under his nails or on the cuffs or front of his clothing.

I was hoping for the treatments, also. However, because my liver has given up and cirrhosis has taken over, my doctors said that it's too late. WHEN, (speaking in faith and believing!) God intervenes with a new liver, I will be in rehab for quite some time. That's when they'll do the Interferon. . .to arrest the HEP-C.
Please know that I've never been very brave about asking for personal prayer. I've always seemed to believe that those I asked for prayer for were in greater need. My selfless ways have officially been placed on a back burner. I struggle with it, but these are desparate times. I'm sure there's no better place to start than right here. . .where I since the love and kindness in so many.
There are days that I"m unable to even get on the computer long enough to reply to e-mails, but I do, eventually. So, please know that I won't be ignoring you.

Does anybody know whether or, not the gun was tested for DNA? iF so, who's DNA came up? Did I read somewhere that only GZ's DNA was found? Nix that. I just up-scrolled and found it right here. You ladies and gents are Da Bomb!
Comment. . .The photos I've seen of Trayvon in no way proves that he was gang related. Having a grandson who's buddies took photos of him playing his guitar in Fem mode and, who is totally into the ladies even had me asking questions. (Not that it would matter to me, as they are also so loved by God, unconditionally.) My point; most every teenage guy will take photos of themselves acting like a bad guy. The teen girls take pix to try to look like stars. (It amazes me that the girls today are so very, very vain.) Just searching the Net will bring up many "bad boy gangsta" pix. Bangers don't usually expose whether or, not they're affiliated.
[It's unfortunate that Zimmerman's supporters have turned a blind eye when it comes to Trayvon's youth. They expected him to have the wisdom of a 28-year-old, which turned out to be a joke. They refuse to accept any blame on George's behalf. I am convinced that had Trayvon been white, their opinions would be vastly different. At one particular site, they throw racial epithets around like penny candy.]

These have the people who are unnaturally concerned about DeeDee speculating. They suggest that this could indicate two additional interviews with her. They quote a portion of O’Mara’s ‘Motion To Compel’ (see page 3) to support their ‘speculation.’

I think Zimmerman's lie detector test was faulty because he was on meds. Pure and simple. He was so drugged up with his regular stuff that he didn't react strongly to anything, even the test. Anyone who can have normal vital stats within 40 minutes after killing someone has to be on something.
[Personally, I think he was delusional and still is. He was so entrenched in thinking of himself as a cop, he had to emotionally detach himself, as if it were a routine event. Just part of my job, in other words, as THE senior detective, chief investigator and law enforcement officer at The Retreat.]
So everyone believes Trayvon was scared and stalked his last moments on earth, all because of a whatever age girl, who never went to the cops to report Trayvon had been in peril his last moments. Casey Anthony did not go to the police either to report her daughter missing so since I have seen the Zimmerman case compared to others, why is it ok in one case for someone to not go to the cops and report something major and thats ok and not ok in the other?
And why hasn't Crump turned over the tape the Judge asked him to reguarding the girl? What if this comes out she was a hoax pushed by a fame hungry lawyer?
Britt, we believe that Martin was stalked because George said so. We believe that Martin was scared because he ran, George said so. The judge never asked Crump to turn over the tape because Crump has no obligation to do so. The state turned the copy they have over to the defense. The question here is Why haven't you viewed any of the material from the document drops? Why are you so dense?

Anyway, you do remember that at the Oct. 19th hearing, the judge ordered the defense to take Mr. Crump’s deposition. Mr. Crump was also ‘ordered’ to bring the original recording to the interview, (if he still had it)—and the State, Defense, and Mr. Crump could all listen to it together—before the deposition began.
So, the real question is, why is the Defense not complying with the Judge Nelson’s orders?
FYI: Trayvon Martin was not 34 months old, and he was not in the care, custody, and control of DeeDee—makes a difference, no? Just sayin.’

George Zimmerman's wife granted continuance in perjury case
Shellie Zimmerman, the wife of second-degree murder defendant George Zimmerman, was granted a continuance this week in her perjury case, court records show.
The next hearing in the case is set for Jan. 23. Prosecutors allege Shellie Zimmerman lied about her husband's finances at a bond hearing in his murder case.
Shellie Zimmerman testified in April that she and her husband were broke. But prosecution bank records show they had received more than $100,000 in donations

Dave~~you probably know more about this or have sources that do. -- I believe that Shellie Zimmerman’s lawyer is trying to get the perjury charges thrown out because Angela Corey was working out of her jurisdiction when the charges were filed against Shellie. Angela was called in as a special prosecutor to oversee the George Zimmerman/Martin case. I am unsure how that works as I cannot understand some Florida laws.
I cannot see the trial for George going forward in June/2013 nor the self-defense immunity trial in April, next year. O'Mara has already hinted at such.
This business about Dee Dee being a hoax is interesting to me. I mean do the people who believe this actually think the police wouldn't check to see who the last person was who called TM on his phone? Isn't that usually one of the first things they do? As to why she didn't call the teens today seem to follow that "don't snitch" thing, and "I don't know" thing. She lives in Miami and was so far away she couldn't have helped him. Afterwards she might have thought if she opened her mouth someone associated with GZ would come after her. Kids - even kids 18 years old have minds that work differently than someone say 35.

DeeDee may nor may not be the state's "star witness," but she is not necessary for the state's ability to prove its case. We know from the NEN call (and other evidence) that Zimmerman followed Trayvon by vehicle and then on foot.
A reasonable person, experiencing such an event, and knowing that s/he was the object of the pursuit (ie, the follower was not innocently following by simply going in the same direction), would, in fact, feel intimidated and frightened.
Are Crump and Jackson, the FDLE, and the SAO in a conspiracy to deceive both the public and the court by creating a non-existent person with non-existent phone logs, only to say "well, hell, we were just funnin' you"? Does DeeDee's age really matter in a case involving the killing of a unarmed, innocent juvenile?

Dave I am curious if Mrs Corey decided to drop the charges, could the Prosecutor in the county where Mrs Zimmerman lied refile the charges? Honestly I do not see the big deal with who filed the charge. Mrs Zimmerman testified in a bond hearing related to the charges Mrs Corey filed. Had it not been for the murder2 charges Mrs Cory filed against Mr Zimmerman his wife would not have been testifying.
It is mind boggling that people think Mr Zimmerman had the right to shoot and kill Trayvon over a bloody nose. What did Trayvon do to be followed in the FIRST place? It is also funny how people still talk about Cindy Anthony not being charged for lying to a court but it is okay that Mrs Zimmerman did it. I do not understand people. Oh and as far as Dee Dee's age, so what? When Trayvon died almost a year ago I was 17. Now I am 18. Something tells me Dee Dee is still having birthdays too. I have not been posting as much because it is time for finals but mostly because it is disheartening to read that some people think it is okay to kill someone over a bloody nose. Hi Michelle: Here is the Executive Order from the Governor of Florida assigning Ms. Corey.
Apparently, the order does authorize Corey to 'discharge' Wolfinger's duties relating to Trayvon's death and 'all matters pertaining to.'
So, I guess Shel lie's lies at hubby's bond hearing fall under 'all matters pertaining to.'
I think they can keep putting it off for eons with continuances, though.

Dave, I looked at the picture of George that O'Mara was touting as "proof" of something. Honestly, there's not all that much blood on his face. It's all nicely contained in a small area. It shows that his nose was injured, but not to the level the defense is making it out to be.
It certainly doesn't appeared to be smeared as if he was having his nose and mouth covered by Trayvon's hands, which, according to GZ, occurred after Trayvon clocked him.
In addition, if the punch occurred first, there would then be blood all over Trayvon's hands. There wasn't.
GZ's story doesn't add up at all.
That's just ONE little piece of lack of evidence IMHO.

Ritanita Oh that is a very good point. I am sure someone will have an answer for that too. Like the rain washed his hands clean but the rain missed Mr Zimmerman's head, mouth and nose area. I think there is something wrong with that photo anyway. His nose does not look crooked at the police station.

How many punches did Zimmerman say he took? At least a dozen--or was that how many times he supposedly had his head slammed against the sidewalk.
Then there was something about something happening 25 to 30 times. (I'll have to check, because I may be confusing the 'alleged' face punching with the 'alleged' head slamming.
