Discernment
To everyone who’s not following the Michelle Parker/Dale Smith case, this post will be meaningless.
But for those of you who are, these may help a little by showing the entire white van.
Inside his garage is a red pickup truck. That is the everyday vehicle. Notice that it is a two-vehicle garage and on the day Michelle was last seen, the white van was parked in the driveway and then on the street. It could mean nothing if he needed to move it out of the way to go out in his pickup. The photo of the camera is the one watching the entrance, looking out toward Goldenrod Road.
All photos taken with 16mp camera with 15x optical zoom. These three images reduced in scale from originals. Free to use.

To everyone: I do plan on writing about Jose's departure from the defense team and other things in general, like Ca Ca's recent behavior. Also, there is a winner in the book contest. I will make that announcement in a separate post over the weekend.
My comment disappeared.... It wasn't very long so I didn't write it in notepad first ... I will return...
Here it is....
Dave~~thank you, thank you for putting up a pic of both sides of that white van. This is what had me confused previously as I figured both of the rear sides would be solid or both with windows. I thought that the van in the driveway was not the same one parked by the curb in the other pics. Dale II drove the red pickup truck to the court, I believe that was for the custody hearing and the same day he shoulder butted the camera man and knocked him to the ground. He burned rubber when he left the parking lot of the courthouse.
Darn it, Snoopy, I hate when that happens!
Apparently, the van had been an issue with other people, too, and I knew I could help clarify it, so I did. Anything to help, you know.
Re Ca Ca's recent behavior... I still cannot find anything to substantiate that Baez has quit being her counsel. I am waiting to hear that he officially filed the papers, resigning.
I've yet to find anything, too, but coming from the New York Times sounds a lot more credible than coming from the National Enquirer.
ORLANDO, Florida (Isabelle Zehnder reporting) -- As the search resumed in full force this weekend, missing Florida mom, Michelle Parker’s mother said she’s still hoping for a miracle.
“The miracle that I want is Michelle to just call me up and go ‘Mom, I finally got away. Come and get me.’ That’s what I want to happen and I hope I get that miracle,” Yvonne Stewart told News 13 Sunday.
A judge shockingly ruled to return the children to Smith despite the fact:
•He has a long criminal history including domestic abuse and assault
•He was seen on camera assaulting a news cameraman outside the courtroom the day of his hearing
•The children had spent very little time with Smith before Michelle disappeared
•A SWAT team of 13 fully armed officers charged the home where Smith was staying with pepper spray while he was in the custody of their children
Prior to Michelle’s disappearance she had full custody of their children. Michelle complained on The People’s Court that Dale did not visit their children as a way to get back at her.

Michelle Parker's Mother hopes for a Miracle
Great pics Dave!
Why, thank you, Tiffany. I like taking pictures and I may try my hand at artistic work, like nature. The camera should be able to do it. At least, I think it can.
Dave~~I would like you to take a picture of an alligator but not at eye level, if you get my drift. A diamond back snake would be nice and a mosquito. If I ever plan on visiting Florida, I will look at the pics of the alligator and snake and then cancel my plane ticket. If you can't find a mosquito, I would like to see what those 'love bugs' look like. I understand if they bite you, it makes you itch.
Love bugs don't bite. All they do is one thing and that's why they are called love bugs. Oh, and one more thing, they get smeared all over your car as you drive through them flying around, doing the dirty deed. If you don't wash your car, the tiny bodies can eat the paint off your car.
As for gators and snakes, there are plenty of pictures online. While I see them in the wild, I have no desire to meet and greet them. Sorry.
Dave Knechel~ ~ I will have you know that love bugs do bite and there is proof. Have you never heard that song, " when a love bug bites, you don't know where to scratch. It keeps right on a biting until they began to hatch. They make the old feel young and the poor feel rich. It's just a little thing called the Love Bug Itch." Oh man, can you ever take a few lessons from some of us north of your border.
Now, if you are too scared of alligators and snakes, just wear that beret and scarf when you go out filming. I can assure you, you will only get a pic of their tail ends as they try to make a fast getaway.
My simple request of a great photographer was rejected... *sob
Thank you for the lesson in amor d'buggery, Snoopy. Oh, those perverted love bugs, not to mention photographing the rear ends of snakes and alligators. Shame on me, huh?
Dave ~~fingers crossed....
PALM BAY --
Search efforts for missing mother Michelle Parker moved to Brevard County Saturday.
The 33-year-old hasn't been seen since November after disappearing from Orange County.
Family members say police told them there are clues in Palm Bay that could lead to a break in the case.
Volunteers handed out flyers, something Michelle's mother is grateful for.
"Until she comes home, I'm just going to keep looking and I thank everyone for coming out here and helping us," Yvonne Stewart.

[Very interesting, Snoopy. I wonder what sort of clues...? I still think whoever took her away had an accomplice. I just cannot see this as a one man show. Thanks for the info.]
Michelle Parker's Ex-Fiance Ceases Child-Support Payments
In an update, the judge ordered that child support payment cease for the time being..
[That's the way the system works, whether we like it or not. Dale Smith has custody of his children at the moment. No one else. Who would he be paying? How would the money be spent? At all? Legally, the judge had no choice.
Good find, Snoopy.]
Dave~~ I can certainly understand the judge's decision. Dale II's pay was being garnished for the child maintenance payments so they were coming out automatically. I am assuming that at some time in the past Dale was delinquent in paying child support and there was a court order involved. When I used to do payroll, that was just a routine procedure. We would withhold the support payments and then they were remitted to a third party (family court or whatever) and they f'wded the monies to the child's care provider, generally the mother.
If Dale is working, he has to have someone take care of the twins. Since Dale's father was charged with drug possession and growing, I am not sure if the twins are allowed to be in the company of their parental g/parents. Hopefully Yvonne and her family get to spend quality time with the twins. We know very little of Dale's private life with the exception of getting a view of his temperment in the parking lot of the courthouse. Oh man, I wish we could see a break in this case for family's sake.
Yes, Snoopy, it goes to the court first, but in Florida, the state government is involved. You pay the state and they issue a check to the recipient. If you fail to pay, the state promptly orders your arrest. I had a friend (female) whose former husband was a deadbeat at times. One afternoon, he got home from work, cracked open a beer, and two deputies came knocking on his door.
"You're under arrest." No options.
When arraigned in front of a judge, he told hizzoner, "How do you expect me to pay child support if I'm in jail?"
The judge told him, "That's your problem, not the court's." His mother paid the tab that day.
Over time, the system learned that guys like him will always find a way to pay, but until they do, they sit in a cell and rot.
Oh, and I'm sure I heard that the twins are still under the care of Dale's parents when needed. Apparently, it wasn't enough for a judge to remove them from Dale's care, and theirs, when he is working.
Michelle Parker missing: New video shows missing mother hours before she vanished
Orlando police released a video Friday of missing mother Michelle Parker taken hours before she vanished two months ago.
The video is the first bit of new information released by the department in weeks. Friday was also the missing woman's 34th birthday.
Detectives said the two-and-a-half minute video was captured at a Casselberry KFC fast food restaurant around 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 17.
The short video shows Parker sitting in the drive-up window and paying with a credit card. As she drives away with her food in her Hummer H3, the specialized GLOW decals can be seen on the windows. Detectives believe she is alone in the vehicle.

[Thanks, Snoopy. I watched that video on the Sentinel site, but it didn't name the restaurant. KFC is around the corner on 436, not more than 2 or so miles from me.]
Divers search small lake behind nightclub for clues in disappearance of People's Court mother-of-three after police get 'credible tip' This lake is only about five miles away from where the Hummer was found.
