My pleasure, Mary Jo. I'll be listening... and talking!

Love your titles Dave!! I will be listening and thank you for letting us know.

Hi Dave! I am listening too. You sound great! Love the Simon and Garfunkel reference too!

It was a good show...You add a very informed side to some of the hogwash...I had to register there as Esteest

I would have said hello had I known you were there, Estee. It's a little tough holding a phone, listening & talking, and following chat, but I certainly didn't do it on purpose. Thank you for listening and appreciating my opinions. All in all, it was a very good show.

Great show today, Dave. Cobra was way off base today though with the things he was saying.

I think it was, too. Cobra was playing devil's advocate more than anything else, but I understand what you're saying. A lot of people felt that way from what I could see.

    March 27, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterMary Jo

Cobra definitely is easier to handle when he is being a bit more serious. He was going on like a stand up comedian and he couldn't find his own 'off' switch. Maybe all the sawdust from his kitchen renovations got to him. LOL All in all, it was a good radio show and the chat went very well.

    March 27, 2011 | Registered CommenterSnoopySleuth

Estee, I am sorry that I did not know that was you. I find some of the chat is not only small, it goes way too fast for these old eyes.

Very good show today Dave, you did a great job!

Thank you, Janet. I try. I enjoyed it.

Very good radio show to day. I enjoyed listening to all the opinions. Can't wait for your next article. I just read on CNN that Casey may be back in court on Thursday, along with Friday and Sat.. Have you heard this? It has something to do with the stain, and smell in car, along with heart sticker, also a Dr. Danzinger And Dr.Weitz. A feel good article about your wallet, so glad it had a happy ending.

Thank you, Margaret. I can't wait for my next article, either. I haven't heard anything about Thursday yet, but I do know about Friday and Saturday. I only planned on attending Friday, but if there's one the day before, I'll probably go. Thanks for the info. I'll take a look into it.

Yes, this was a feel good story, and one that was well deserved.

Margaret~~it seems that Dr Danzinger and Dr Weitz are being brought into the case by the defense for both the penalty and guilt phases of the trial. Ann Finnell said that they will be evaluating Casey's , 'State of Mind'. She stressed that this had nothing to do with insanity or something like that. I forget her exact words. This is why Casey is due to be in court Thursday, March 31st for a hearing. It is rather late bringing these two new doctors into the case but the defense is grasping at straws right now.

    March 27, 2011 | Registered CommenterSnoopySleuth

Snoopy, Thanks for confirmation. Why would her state of mind at this point be that important. I would think that would come in later. She is putting on a pretty good act of being very helpful with her case. I don't trust Baez or Mason.

R e Cobras theory about chlorine in the pool mixing with urine from diapers to produce chloroform.Cindy insisted they used non chlorine products in the pool L E seized all the pool cleanser products .They were all as she stated non chlorine....Stuck in my mind as its not often Cindy utters a trueism....

Hi, ecossie possie - Someone in Simon's chat room said the same thing and I seem to remember it, too, but vaguely.

    March 27, 2011 | Registered Commenterecossie possie

Dave, I brought this over from my blog for you and your contributors to see.....

Dr Danziger, M.D. Mason wants to add this doctor as an additional witness past the courts imposed deadline. The doctor did not complete his work until March 16/11. Mason said Dr Danziger is a necessary witness to rebut recent rulings related to the Defendant's state of mind and consciousness of guilt. Mason used the same wording in the motion for the other doctor as well. I knew this was going to get down right dirty and Cheney is keeping to his threats.

Well, well, well, Mr Mason. Is this your reason for bringing in the good doctors.

The following was in Judge Perry’s Order re Motion to supress interviews-”The statements are highly relevant, specifically regarding demonstrating consciousness of guilt.”

Defense: Motion for Leave to File Additional Witnesses (Signed by Cheney Mason.)

Defense: Motion Clarifying Motion For Leave To File Additional Witnesses (Signed by Cheney Mason.)

Thanks for bringing that over to my blog, Snoopy.

    Dave,
Great interview with you on Simon's radio station, along with the others. Please, hah, hah! Next time you are in court, smack that annoying smirk off Baez's face, along with Casey acting like an attorney. Just kidding, but, it is quite irritating. Those evil eyes of Casey are really sickening when she looks at the witnesses - can't even imagine what Caylee had to deal with. Let's face it, it is about Baby Caylee, that has no voice and we need to make it heard. This case is going to cost you Floridians a fortune, what a worthless waste of money - if if lived there I would not be too happy. Dave, surely, you feel the pinch, with the rest of the taxpayers. You're next writing will be awesome, as always. Thanks!

Well, Cindy wouldn't lie about something that is coincident with her looking like a Good Green Grandma! Once in blue moon odds are she's bound to say something truthful...

    March 28, 2011 | Registered CommenterKaren C.

Cobra was annoying. There, I said it.

    March 28, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterRusty B. Shackleford

Another reason that Cobras chlorine + urine = chloform is not possable .Even if there were chlorine in the pool it could not mix with urine in a dieper.Diepers have special compounds in them that trap fluids an suspend them in a gell. This would prevent any chermical reaction ocouring...

You're absolutely right, ecossie. Not that I know much about diapers or babies or anything.
