Mike Plumadore, Big Daddy Fake Buster

Poor Tarah Souders. I feel terrible about what happened to her family and I’m not going to question what type of parent she is. In other words, I’m sure she loves her children more than anything in the world, but soon after her father became ill with emphysema, she had to downsize. Money was getting harder to come by, so she moved her three daughters and dear old dad into a ragtag trailer park in rural Indiana. She was aware that the small community held very, very real threats to her girls’ safety. She knew 15 registered sex offenders were the type of trash that lived there, but her own father assured her that all would be okay. Just before moving in, she mentioned two men in particular she was fearful of. One of them was 39-year-old Michael Plumadore. Her father reiterated his claim that no one would ever touch her children, especially Plumadore. So she decided to trust him.

What happened to Aliahna Lemmon was a real travesty, but it’s also a shame that grandpa didn’t live long enough to witness the inevitable; the murder of one of his grandchildren by the man he put so much faith in. Too bad he didn’t have the opportunity to find out the pretty, little, 9-year-old girl was dismembered and disposed of by the man he gave his blessing to; the one who bludgeoned her head with a brick. Too bad grandpa was a registered sex offender, just like Plumadore, and that they both had spent time together in jail. It was also a shame that Aliahna and her two sisters had been staying with Plumadore because mom had been too sick with the flu to care for them. Maybe she just needed a temporary break.

Why would a mother put her faith in any man who lived eons away from an exemplary lifestyle? Was she aware that daddy dearest was also a sexual deviant? Did she believe him because it takes one to know one? We may never know the answers, but common sense should have told her to stay miles away from that perverted playground for convicted child molesters. Who in their right mind would walk into a hornet’s nest of iniquity? With young girls?

For a woman who has her own Facebook account and some knowledge of the Internet, why didn’t it ever dawn on Tarah to look into the friend list of the man who confessed to killing her sweet daughter? In her time of grief, I’m sure she now realizes that she had no common sense or she would have known to look first. Any parent would do that, right?

Last night, I took a look at Plumadore’s Facebook page before it was taken down. What I saw were hundreds of impressionable young girls that made up a fair amount of his friend list. I didn’t have a chance to register each and every one of them in my mind, but a clear pattern emerged. The majority were young girls known as fake busters. Fake busters go after site models.

Fake busters and site models? Yes, and until last night, I didn’t know a thing about them. Site models, according to the Urban Dictionary description, are “average-looking girls who take pictures of themselves making kissy lips and peace signs and edit them excessively with Photoshop.”

“Someone who is insecure and unattractive and just wants other people to say that they’re good looking; someone who fishes for compliments but isn’t attractive enough to get them in person so they take pictures of themselves at indirect angles and over-edits them and uploads them to a site on myspace or facebook.”

Fake busters are trolls that go after site models. They, too, are mostly pre-teen and early teen girls and just like any other other Internet troll, their only mission is to “out” the site models for what they are not - world-class models, as if it’s anyone’s business. There is no difference between them and the trolls who go after anyone anonymously online. They are on a mission of empowerment. So one of them told me. Their goal is to rid the world of online people because they have nothing better to do. And they have certain things in common, like immaturity, low self-esteem and complete jealousy. Believe me, I have first-hand experience with trolls. I know how awful it is to have total strangers do everything they can to destroy someone they know nothing about. It’s lie after lie after lie. I also know how impressionable young people can be, especially girls. No sexism implied.

If only someone in the neighborhood - family and friends - had the insight to look into Plumadore’s past and Internet presence, they would have found a man obsessed with pre- and post-pubescent girls. I have no idea how he befriended most of them, but I saw scads and scads of them adding him to their list around the same time-frame, as if he was on a rampage for young and tender flesh. Who knows how he set them up… “I hate site models, just like you! Let’s go after them!”

His Facebook list of friends was 570 when I first saw it. How could the parents nearly 500 girls not know about this monster? Mr. Big Daddy Fake Buster, the grandest one of all!

If any school-age children were living in my household, you’d better believe I would know who they wanted to mingle with online, and until I could do a background check and whatever else I had available to research them, my children would not have permission to connect with anyone. Chat rooms would be SO off-limits. Period. I’m sure Tarah couldn’t afford a real background check, but she could have asked law enforcement what they knew about the men living in the neighborhood. I would be suspicious of any 39-year-old man, let alone asking or allowing him to babysit my children. And to be alone with little girls? In a deviant-infested trailer park? You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s horrible that Tarah had to learn the hard way - to meet the police this way - but after all, her father, her own flesh and blood, assured her over and over again that no one would touch her girls. He must have been the scrupled one - the one who would never go after his own grandchildren.

Yeah, right. And I’ve got a nice mobile home you can live in for free. Plus, all the candy you can eat!

Dang, Dave, more first-rate work here. I'm GLAD I didn't get a gander at his Facebook, this is haunting enough and infuriating enough as it is. This one has me furious, on so many levels.

Thank you, Karen. I'm really not feeling well at all, but this was something I observed last night. I find it very odd that a mother - any mother - would not be overly protective of her children given the situation with being surrounded by registered sex offenders. What? Did her father want to die in the presence of his old jail buddies? I just don't get it.

I like the way you see this for what it is Dave. If I may, on your blog, I will go so far to say the kind of love this mother felt for her children is not parental love, it is a burdening love, one that in some way is hopeful that the burden will be taken away, while at the same time the parent is receiving sympathy and condolences upon losing her child. What is she going to do with the other two now, nothing! They are gone too, "what a relief" she must feel. It is likely that she was one who was trained by 'her' father that it is all ok. She needed a break alright, she has it now, and will never have to stand trial for the part she played in the murder of her child. I wonder if she will be having more children. I usually make room for some sympathy of understanding for those who lose a child but not for this mother. UNFORTUNATELY she gave birth. Mother??????? It seems there is an abundance of murdering evil among us. How is a child to know who that may be and in using the horror of what happened to Aliahna those who are supposed to care, obviously do not! I suppose this poor poor mom will now have to tell her tragic story in a book or in some way receive compensation for it in the form of cash.

And you know, New Puppy, Ariahna's death could have been avoided had she really cared enough about her children. I understand how distraught she may be now, if she even knows the word, but, my God, what has she done? How could a mother trust any man living among deviants? I'm sorry, but I have to agree with you. This is plain sickening. Maybe we'll see a Lifetime movie!

    Dave,
    Wonderful post.

Do you know if the other two girls have been taken from the mother? IMO, they should be.

Thank you, Nanna Frances. It's a darn shame the post had to be written at all. As for the location of Aliahna's sisters, I don't know, but Michael, just below this comment, is sure they are safe and sound. My guess is if she was too sick to care for them then, she's even more sick today.

    December 28, 2011 | Unregistered CommenterNanna Frances

    Hi Dave,
Real good story. I live in Fort Wayne. I was out Sunday searching for Alihana like so many others were. I'm not sure of the exact location of her Sisters at this time. But after the tragedy I'm sure their safe. As far as Plumadore's Facebook account, I contacted Facebook yesterday, with links to various news sources reporting the story. I added that photos of Aliana and her Sisters were there as well, I asked them to consider taking down his profile, they did. I too looked at his friends. Yes, many were young, too young mostly females.
    Thanks,
    Michael

Hi, Michael - It's great to have you here; someone who actually involved himself in the tragedy because you really wanted to help Aliahna. That is grand of you. It is also a great thing you did by contacting Facebook. No doubt, the guy is a sicko and I caught the tail end of what he was attempting to do before his world came crashing down. My message is really about parents who seem to ignore what's going on around them, not just close to home, but what's out the on the Internet; lurking and waiting to pounce. That's what Plumadore was all about. He managed to get to one of them, but he'll never have a chance to do it again. I hope, but I lived through the Anthony trial, so my faith is somewhat weakened.

Thank you for doing what you did to help, and you did a lot! Thank you, too, for coming in to tell us about it. I know that once the account came down, and it had to. there would be nothing to substantiate what I wrote. You have backed up my story. In my mind, he would have used Aliahna as his honing tool. From then on, it would have gotten easier and easier. Of course, parents don't have to be stupid. There's a huge difference between intelligence and common sense, and this is a tragic case of someone who seems to have neither. Also, it's reassuring to know the other girls are safe. Thank you again, and if you have anything else you'd like to add, at any time, please feel free.

New Puppy ~~ your comments reflect exactly how I feel. These type of situations with the breeding and interbreeding remind me of puppy mills. The offspring are just extra baggage and who wants the responsibility? Little Aliahna's last name was Lemmon and the one who professes to be her bio father has a different last name. I am still trying to figure out how Tarah, the mother, is also Aliahna's cousin.

I do not have one iota of sympathy forTarah. She was so sick with the flu and yet found time to play Farmsville, or some such game on Facebook. Oh yes, I also noticed the cigarette she was way too sick to puff on. It is easy to sit around in your pyjamas and have the convenient flu so you can get a vacation from the kids. Oh, that's right, step dad had to sleep during the day and the girls made too much noise. Just pawn the kids off with a sexual predator and don't bother to check up on them because it may interfere with the game playing on FB.

We cannot even begin to imagine what Aliahna went through before the animal took her life. I clicked on a link today and the title was, "Just give me a blow torch and a pair of pliers and leave me alone with Plumadore." I hate to say this but I would cheer that person on. This is one of the most disgusting cases that I have ever encountered and I hope and pray that this SOB will get tortured in prison.

Dave, thanks for taking the time to write this post. It is excellent and I like the slant you put on things. Bravo!

Yeah, Snoopy, New Puppy pretty much hit it right on the nose, or should I say out of the park? I had to write this, you know, while it was still pretty fresh. I applaud Michael for pressing Facebook and I'm glad they listened to him. Imagine, having a picture up of the girl he slaughtered.

Hi Nanna Frances~ ~ if I find out anything about those two other little girls, I will post it. Hopefully, CPS will take them but for some reason I doubt it.

    December 28, 2011 | Registered CommenterSnoopySleuth

Hi Dave - This is a very informative post. I did not know about the fake busters - Parents really need to know what their children are viewing and what they are doing. I hope the remaining two girls will find a safe and secure home where they are loved and cared for. I do not feel the Mother is capable of providing the kind of home the girls need. The Mother may have not delivered the final blow but she is just as responsible leaving them in this situation.

This fake buster stuff is deploring. With so many young boys and girls committing suicide these day, and trying to shoot up their schools, you'd think parents would be more acute about this sort of thing. Perhaps, it's a "my kids would never do that" kind of cop-out. Too bad, Mom and Dad, they do.

Thank you, Nika1. You certainly got my message. Nothing can be done for Aliahna now , except for prosecuting and sentencing Plumadore, but millions of other children may fall more under the watchful eyes of their parents.

I wanted to call you, by the way, but I am still under the weather. I can't believe I actually wrote this post today, but it had a deadline in my opinion.

Dawayne Maroney, Aliahna's bio father said he knew Plumadore and had no reason not to trust him. He did not talk to his daughter very much because Tarah kept changing her phone number... (Yeah, sure Mack, that's a great excuse)

By the way, I am reading on a CBS site that neighbors of Tarah Souders is partially paralyzed from the waist down. No reason was given. She also attended a candlelight vigil "near the spot where police say she was killed by her babysitter."

She sobbed "as the crowd sang 'Amazing Grace' and 'Silent Night.' Souders didn't speak during the 15-minute vigil.

Dave ~ ~now I heard that Tarah had 'temporary' paralysis but is expected to be able to walk again in a few days. I am not familar with that kind of an ailment. Maybe the doctors numbed a nerve in one of her legs. Some meds can cause temp paralyis. She was in a wheelchair at the Vigil.

I don't know anything about it, either, other than what her friends have said. One of my fb friends told me that Guillain-Barre syndrome can temporarily paralyze someone.

Can't remember where I read it, but think there was an outstanding warrant for him in Florida for failing to report to probation...I find it odd that these perps can "hop states" so easily...They can run, but they can't hide forever...They screw up sooner or later...I think it odd that the grandfather trusted this degenerate, but then again, birds of a feather flock together...Didn't the mother know about dear old dad???...Guess we will find this out at some point...This is sickening...Will we ever discover what made him do this autrocious act??? It makes me literally sick...Move over Dave...

There's a lot we may never know, Estee. Indiana isn't as liberal as Florida when it comes to discovery. The Orlando Sentinel published an article about Plumadore's Florida connection:

Man accused of killing Indiana girl has S. Florida arrest record

It doesn't say anything about being wanted here, so my guess is that he just has a record in the state.

Dave, I hope you had a great holiday. I really appreciate this article as I have a grandaughter too. I emailed this article to my daughter so that she can be made aware of these idiots on line. Thanks for all of your interesting stories (and for your investigations, I know it must take alot of time). Cindy

I had a wonderful Christmas, Cindy, but the next day, I was under the weather. Today, I feel better. Thank you, and I hope your holidays are also great.

You did exactly as I hoped when I wrote this article. Spread the news that there's all kinds of horror stories on the Internet pertaining to adult stalkers and how they operate. Why no one ever questioned Plumadore's motive on Facebook is beyond me. Had I innocently stumbled upon it, I would have questioned it and, for sure, I would have contacted the right authorities. Clearly, he is a sicko.

Thanks for appreciating my writing. I think I made my message clear. At least, I hope so.

Can someone get some information on what happened to Aliahna when she was in Iowa? Her step-grandfather said she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder due to being molested by two men that she herself told on. Anyone know anything about this?

I haven't found anything yet on Aliahna's alleged molestation, artgal1216, but I will scour the Internet for something on it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Interesting...

Dave ~~I searched and notice a lot of talk that Aliahna had been sexually molested back in Iowa. So far we just have the step-grandfather's word for it so have to consider it a rumor until it is substantiated with facts..

Here is the obituary of Tarah's father. At least we have the name 'Lemmon' so Aliahia must have been born out of wedlock/

See, I'm thinking that everything was minimized/explained away by these people, and given the fact that there were so many WORSE dudes in that cesspool, Plumadore seemed "normal" in comparison. How it is that his own record didn't make it to the database out of NC I'd really like to know, but what was available to Tarah (if she even bothered to look! After all she had "crops" to tend...) may not have raised red flags with her (and if they did, he surely had reasonable-sounding explanations for them- THEY ALWAYS DO), and if she was molested by her own father (what are the odds?) this guy would've seemed hunky-dory to her already warped perception of what "OK" is.

Also, how is it that the "manager" of this place didn't tell her about all the RSOs- were there no application forms to fill out? Surely she didn't just move 3 little girls (bait) in there with the expectation that the owners would not become aware of the situation eventually.

A man accused of killing a 9-year-old girl by bludgeoning her with a brick and then dismembering her likely won't be in court Friday when formal charges are filed against him, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor said.

Michael Plumadore, 39, is expected to remain in his jail cell when the formal charges are filed, said Danielle Edenfield, the Allen County prosecutor's office chief investigator. A warrant listing the charges will be read to him, she said.

(by Snoop...my God how cold and callous is the following? The author of this article should get a proof reader too.)

On Wednesday, Aliahna's family began moving her belongings out of the trailer where she lived because the mother couldn't bear to look at it, the the girl's her stepfather, Allen Souders, told The News-Sentinel.

"She just can't stand to be around this stuff after what happened," he said.

Dave a very nicely written article. It is a never ending story and my heart breaks again. That poor child had enough handicaps, and she was just handed over to this pervert on a silver platter. When are parents going to wake up and keep these children safe. He said that he killed her on the front porch, I wonder if she was trying to get away from him. All these perverts need to have swift justice, like yesterday, and get him out of this world. He has no redeeming qualitys. It is happening every to a helpless child. Something has to be done to stop it. I Pray for a solution. Hope you feel better soon , it is good having you back.

Thank you, margaret. It's a darn shame it ever had to be written, though. Something tells me Aliahna's mother had a serious problem when it came to common sense. First of all, no matter how down on my luck I was, I would never move into a community of sex offenders. I wish there were something we could do, but we can't legislate good old-fashioned common sense.

It's good to be back, margaret!

So, reading the newer links above, it seems that this poor little girl had already been molested by a different perv last year before moving to this perv-infested place! And that Plumadore has attempted this same thing before.

Can the "mother" here be charged with gross negligence, please, please, please? And now I'm seriously wondering about drugs here, and the (imoo) possibility that there has been some "trading" going on. I'm a pretty frequent reader over at the "Bad Breeders" site and it happens A LOT. I have a feeling we will not be seeing her useless self boo-hooing at any more tributes or memorials for her poor daughter. And, Yes, I feel perfectly free now to dump on this "mom".

If it's true that Aliahana was actually killed on his front stoop as it were, than that means he was either panicked because, as Margaret suggests above, she was trying to get away from him, or he lured her out to do her in because he knew no one in that place was going to be heading for work, say, and it was "safer" right there out in public than to do it in the trailer with the 2 sisters close by. 'Cuz, then, he'd have to kill them too, and that would be a lot of work. Was the brick from a nearby pile, a loose one from maybe the foundation, or one he'd been using as a doorstop, I wonder....

Any idea when that pic of the three girls was added to his Facebook? Could he have only recently added it, by way of suggesting he was actually innocently fond of them? I just wonder how long he may have been planning all this, or was this spontaneous....

Aliahna was sexually assaulted in Iowa when she was only seven. There is a picture of this sexual molester at this site...

Kurtis Allen Kennedy for sexually assaulting Aliahna Lemmon.

Occording to the affidavit, in January 2010, Kennedy admitted to Centerville Police Officer Jeremy Cole and DHS case worker Sarah Bakerduring that he "partially disrob[ed] Aliahna Lemmon, a seven year old child, and plac[ed] his hand on the child’s bare buttock."

The affidavit also states that the victim, Aliahna Lemmon, confirmed Kennedy's admission. At the time of the sexual assault, Aliahna was seven years old and Kennedy was 19 years old.

Later in July, Kennedy was arraigned on a charge of indecent contact with a child, which is an aggravated misdemeanor. In July 2010, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years in prison.

He is currently being held in the IMCC Prison in Oakdale, Iowa. Kennedy is officially registered on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry

Archie Ingersoll | The Journal Gazette

On Christmas Day – before Plumadore had told investigators they could find Aliahna's body parts in his freezer and in the trash bin of a nearby business – I sat down with him in an aging but well-kept mobile home, where Aliahna's deceased grandfather used to live.

Aliahna's mother, her grandmother and her grandmother's husband were with us, too.

For about 1 1/2 hours, we discussed the disappearance of Aliahna who, at that point, had been reported missing for about 48 hours and had been the subject of a huge search. During our talk, it became clear that Aliahna's family trusted Plumadore like blood.

Plumadore was accused of sexually harassing Iowa girl
13-year-old's mom asked for protective order; request was dismissed.

The man who allegedly killed and dismembered Fort Wayne 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon was accused of stalking and sexually harassing a 13-year-old girl while living in Iowa last year, but a judge dismissed the complaint, according to court documents.

A Centerville, Iowa, woman asked for a protective order against Michael L. Plumadore in November 2010 to keep him away from her daughter, according to the documents and an official with the Appanoose County clerk of court's office.

The woman said Plumadore, 39, was endangering her daughter by “stalking her, sending her explicit sexual text messages and photographs,” according to the documents. She said Plumadore sent pictures of exposed genitalia and messages telling the girl he “wanted to get her pregnant.”

The woman's request, which alleged domestic abuse, was dismissed because her daughter's relationship with Plumadore didn't meet the criteria for a protective order, said the official with the clerk's office.

Plumadore didn't live with the woman and her daughter, but with the 13-year-old's father at a separate address in Moravia, Iowa, according to the documents. It wasn't immediately clear Friday how Plumadore knew the girl's father.

That's ridiculous, Snoopy. Didn't meet the criteria? Sending sexually explicit photos of exposed genitalia? Here we go again. The perp has more rights than the victim. You'd better believe that here in Florida, had that occurred, Plumadore would have gone to jail. I'm flabbergasted.

Dave ~~and to top it off, Plumadore lived with the 13 year old's father. Maybe the court system was full of child molesters too. Some of the things we are learning lately are shocking.

    January 2, 2012 | Registered CommenterSnoopySleuth

Disgustingly shocking, Snoopy. If there's a man who should have his balls shot off, it is Plumadore. Pardon my French.

    January 2, 2012 | Registered CommenterDave Knechel

Let me get this straight. The Iowan mother does the right thing, files for a protective order against this creep who is “stalking her daughter, sending her explicit sexual text messages and photographs,” according to the documents. She said Plumadore sent pictures of exposed genitalia and messages telling the girl he “wanted to get her pregnant.” And the judge has the gaul to dismiss it for not meeting some nonsene about a "criteria"?? Enraged doesn't even fit the feeling this causes in me. Why didn't he just hand him the key to the city while he was at it?

This is what sicken's me. That judge facillitated this murder. He should be charged with accessory before the fact.....He should be exposed for the lazy, lowlife - full of contempt for his constituants, jerk that he is. Apanoose County better do the right thing and kick him out of office. He's got some nerve staying on the job after his pathetic excuse for NOT doing it. That Iowan girl is supremely lucky she didn't suffer the same fate that Aliahna did.

    Dave,

Your post brings to light one of the worst problems with parents today. Their lack of paying attention to their children's lives in every aspect is becoming increasingly common amongst parents today and it's despicable. I don't mean every parent, obviously the ones who come here are more concerned than others but sadly, its epidemic among parents that seem to be normal, yet can't bother with checking up on their kids scores and grades throughout a semester, find out where they are going or hanging out every day after school, finding out who they are hanging out with or where they go when they are online. It's really sad because I can tell you that my mom and dad did know all these things about me and more (except for the internet part because it didn't exist then) and I thank god they did.

Sorry, Mystical Pippin, I was working on a new post today. The blight of parents was the main reason why I wrote this post. I don't have any school age grandchildren or anything, but lots of other people do. Like me, I'll bet you they have no idea what site models, fake busters, and the likes of Plumadore are up to on the Internet. Hopefully, this sheds some light on the matter, and any time I find something like this, I'm going to air it! Thanks.

Due to copyright material...you can read the following at Source. ( I am not sure what it means by having to call an hour ahead if you attend the memorial service also the service is at 7pm??)

Funeral service set for 9-year-old Aliahna

I looked for the name of the funeral home, but saw nothing yet. Calling ahead one hour should mean calling hours. In funeral lingo, that's the time when family and friends can co-mingle and offer sympathies prior to the service beginning. It's the casual before the formal.

That's the way I see it.

Dave~ ~thanks for that info. I do not attend wakes as I like to remember a person when they were living. I do pay my respects but by other means. I have been searching for a proper obituary and have a google alert set up for it.

Here is the funeral home that took care of the remains....

Arrangements are by D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road.

I noticed in the obituary of James Lemmon (grandfather), there was no mention of his wife, predeceased or living. Maybe it was omitted by mistake.

    Michael Plumadore
(Credit: CBS Chicago) (CBS/AP) FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Michael Plumadore, who is charged with murder in the death of 9-year-old Aliahna Lemmon, pleaded not guilty at an initial hearing Wednesday morning.

Plumadore, 39, is accused of bludgeoning and dismembering Lemmon on Dec. 22, after her sick mother had entrusted the girl to his care.

The Journal Gazette reports that Plumadore, in a striped jail jumpsuit, ignored questions from the media as he left the Allen County Courthouse.

According to a police affidavit, Plumadore told police he repeatedly hit Aliahna Lemmon in the head with a brick, then chopped up her body with a hack saw, eventually stashing her some of her body parts in his trailer and the rest nearby.

He was charged Friday with murder, abuse of a corpse and removing a dead body from the scene.

When Allen Superior Court Magistrate Samuel Keirns asked Plumadore whether he understood the charges and proceedings, Plumadore answered each question with "yes, sir."

The standard prison sentence for a murder conviction in Indiana is 45 to 65 years.

Hi Dave! Not sure how this article got past me but it did - I didn't see it until today! I have been reading bits and pieces of this story here and there and I must say - it sickens me! One thing that astounds me is that when you read an article online now, you can go to the comments, which I love to do - I love to see how the "locals" respond to something happening around them - I say locals because usually that is who responds on a local newspapers website but as we learned from "THAT" case that happened there in Orlando, the bigger the case, the wider the net - anyway, one thing that amazed me is when people would bash the mother for leaving her children with a "predator" or bash her for living with her kids in a place where 15 out of 24 homes housed RSO's, there would be people who would pop up and say "how dare you judge this woman" - "He who judges, blah, blah, blah" - well I am sorry if this is unPC like what I am about to say but shoot me (if you can find me) - I think half the problem is that we are not "allowed" to JUDGE anymore - we are always allowing everything to be OK because we don't want to look like prudes or like heaven forbid, judgemental people - IT'S NOT OK!!!!! What the hell is wrong with mother's today - where are the mother's like the one I had - when all of your friends mothers acted like your mother - everyone of them watched out for others, your mother knew who you were with, where you were going, what time you were coming home, what you were doing, eating, saying, I swear, even dreaming - not sure how but my mother seemed to know my thoughts LOL! Why do we have this generation of women who are so uncaring, so selfish, so messed up and so confused about what their role is - caretaker, protector, teacher, guidance counselor, etc. that's your darn role, now do it for crying out loud or DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN! No, instead we have the ones that are either trying to keep holding onto their youth with surgeries, dressing like their 20 again, partying like rock stars or we have ones like this wonderful so called "ma" who is so pathetic, I have no words to describe her - I can't even call her a Mom or Mother - who I'm sorry to say, I am judging on her looks and everything else about her and yup, get ready, I'm going to say it - white trailer park trash........ OMG, this poor little girl didn't have a chance. There are alot of beautiful little innocent girls up there in heaven - finally, they have someone watching over them. I know her "ma" didn't do the killing but as one of your other posters said - she certainly served her up on a silver platter - with all the trimmings and fixings.

LLund~ ~thank you, thank you for telling it like it is. I am so sick and tired of some commenters who continually sugar coat everything. Yes, we have the right to judge if we obey the laws of the land and nurture and care for our children and put their welfare before our own.

Aliahna's mother, to my knowledge was not declared insane or mentally incompetent. She knew right from wrong but yet chose to pawn off her three daughters to a known sexual predator. Having the flu did not stop her from playing games on Facebook. This woman could not wait to get rid of her child's belongings. Her words, she could not stand to look at them. Are her tears for her murdered daughter or for that precious best friend who is now sitting in jail? Well she doesn't have the burden of her two other girls as they have been placed in foster homes. I hope and pray that they will get the proper counselling and can have a somewhat normal life. Sadly, they probably have been scarred for life.

When you read the following, you will see that a child who has been sexually abused has no rights. The SOB had all his charges dismissed, even the fines. All he had to do was to be on the Sexual Offender registry for 10 years and had he not started a fight in a halfway house, he would be free to offend again with the possibility of murdering his victim(s)... this is sick.

    Read on...

In a separate case, Aliahna was also the victim of sexual abuse while she lived in the area.

In a 2010 case, Aliahna is listed as the victim of a sexual assault. Kurtis Allen Kennedy, age 19 at the time of the crime, was originally charged with second degree sexual abuse. He was later arraigned on a charge of indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor.

Kennedy plead not guilty to the original charge on April 16, 2010. On July 9, 2010 he entered a guilty plea to the indecent contact with a child charge. According to a complaint affidavit signed by Centerville Police Officer Jeremy Cole, during a Jan. 21 interview with Kennedy at his home, he confessed to his acts on Jan. 2.

“On Jan. 21, 2010 at approximately 3:20 p.m., DHS case worker Sarah Baker and I [Jeremy Cole] interviewed the defendant [Allen Kennedy] in his home, during the interview Kennedy did admit to partially disrobing Aliahna Lemmon, a seven year old child, and placing his hand on the child’s bare buttock, while the child was in his care on the evening of Jan. 2, 2010,” the affidavit said. “The defendant did so for the sole purpose of self-sexual gratification. The victim, Aliahna Lemmon, confirmed the defendant’s admission.”

As reported in a July 26, 2010 article in the Daily Iowegian, entitled “Prison sentence suspended to probation for Centerville teen,” Kennedy was sentenced to two years in prison, suspended to two year probation and a fine and surcharge, also suspended. Kennedy was ordered to register on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry for 10 years and to complete a program at one of the residential correctional facilities operated by the Eighth Judicial District Department of Corrections.

Kennedy was sent to a halfway house in Ottumwa; however, he was involved in a fight on Oct. 11 inside the facility where he received
a simple assault charge from the Ottumwa Police Department. He was later transferred to Oakdale Prison in Iowa, where he is currently serving his prison sentence.

Plumadore was appointed two public defenders. I am not going to bother to follow up any more on this SOB so I will be cancelling my google alerts. No one can hurt little Aliahna anymore and I pray those other children can get some protection from the sexual predators. The following came in my mail...
