Hi Dave,
I'm in! I just clicked on the Justice for Caylee link and read the article on how what a person says can be indicative whether they are telling the truth or not. Reading this made me come up with a great question that I would love to have had LE ask Casey. 'Since you do not work at Universal what did you do on the day that Caylee went missing?' It would be interesting to see just what Casey came up with that she did during the day when she was supposedly working.
Is it just my mouse but I'm finding I can't go back and insert or correct a word that I may have left out or mis-typed. I can't put my cursor mid-sentence iow.
Dave...I love the new DIGGS and don't care if I have to sign in each time I come here...After all when one goes home doesn't one use their key to open their door??? Kinda makes it even more like HOME...Looking forward to your next post....

I have watched up to tape 5 of the Cindy FBI videos and have read only a quarter of D Casey's emails. Is it worth continuing as I don't know how much more I can stomach. I do find it funny that Casey told Cindy the biggest load of rubbish which Cindy then spent day and night trying to interpret - how insane is that? I'm also surprised that none of the people that Cindy and D. Casey & Co tried to blame have sued them. They came up with the most bizarre scenario's - if it wasn't that these were actually real people mentioned it might be funny.
Snoopysleuth you mentioned a message that Cindy left for Tim re the donations. Was that on the interview video? I watched it but didn't hear Cindy's message.
How much worse is this going to get?

Thanks SnoopySleuth. Wow!!! Cindy sure knows how to deliver a message. I know that she's supposedly is in denial but I really think its more than that. After watching the few FBI video interviews I now take back my words that Cindy was being more honest than usual. I now think she watched a re-run of the interviews and that combined with coaching from Brad Conway was the only reason she stuck to her earlier facts, hence the spin off into her Caylee's alive fantasy at the end.
The caffeine in my coffee wasn't strong enough. Good night everyone.

loversmay10, I am sorry for the snarky reply to you earlier. This really is a very easy site to manipulate. Being logged on your reply does not go into moderation. Dave or Snoopy as they have said, can help you if you are having problems. I would like you to stay and be a part of Dave's blog and again I do apologize for being snarky.
I watched the Tim Miller Interview, I have a feeling he is telling it exactly like it was and is, I was there for the Nov. search and Briefly met Tim he seemed genuinly focused on the search for Caylee, very professional, not chasing the cameras and believe me there plenty of cameras there
Mary Jo, excellent question. I would like to know what she did everyday while not working. Will we ever get the answers? I doubt it.
Shyloh I think (but of course am just guessing) that LE has developed a very solid timeline of Casey's activities for weeks and maybe even a month or two before Caylee was killed. They would have used the input from the interviews and cell phone pings to work out exactly where she was and whether or not she ever once went to Universal (which she didn't) and also whether she ever once dropped Caylee off at a nanny. This is how they will prove that the nanny never existed - they will show that in the previous months she never once phoned a nanny or dropped Caylee off at one. So this timeline before a crime was ever committed is extremely important.
