OPEN FORUM > about time you have ads.

IMO, who elses opinion would it be, advertising is a good thing. The idea that advertising pollutes a blog goes back to when certain ads could be distasteful. To be able to have ads that are mainline advertising shows me the blog is popular and inoffensive.
To me, if I had a blog one of the goals would be to interest enough people that advertisers would be interested in me.
    congrats Dave.

Thank you, cali patti. You said it in a nutshell, and you said it best. My aim is not to get rich, quite obviously. It's to pay for the blog. I had to experiment around a little, but I think I've settled in now.

Good for you Dave. Please, make a profit if possible. That is the gauge of success in most parts of the world. Unless you are a nonprofit with goverment funding behind you, profit is an achievement.

Well said Cali Patti, I agree with you. Dave has kept us up to date on this case, never missing a beat and always ready and willing to help us out with any questions asked of him. the trial was never expected to be more than two years wait. Thank you Dave

All I'm hoping out of it is to pay for the blog, cali pattie, and maybe an occasional lunch or something. I'm certainly not going to strike it rich. Most assuredly, I don't give a rat's bottom what those babscats think. If they had any control over the world, we would be worse off than North Korea. Too bad their great - - pon - - tifi - - cator - - didn't go. I would have told the deputies to follow him to his car. It would have been a solid DUI. DARN!

Thank you, New Puppy. I knew it would be a long ordeal, but never this long. I never knew that people would be so filled with hate over others, either, like what has developed. For crying out loud, they idolize a convicted felon, a guy who craps in the street while strangling a young man. That's their hero and it says a lot.
